Adil graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he studied electrical engineering and played on the NCAA Division 1 golf team. After graduating he worked at Micron Technology as a product engineer and then as a system compatibility engineer in Boise, ID. In 2025, after extensively working with AI related memory, he decided to start Algofficient as he wanted to use AI to make the services industry faster and cheaper. 

Drew Tigges is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he studied Computer Engineering, Physics and Mathematics. After graduating he joined Micron Technology as a product engineer. A few years later he made the transition to Idera where he led DevOps teams. He decided to start Algofficient with Adil with the same goal in mind, to make the services industry cheaper and faster with AI.
